“The convenience of the Classic is so good, cup of or a pot of tea in a few seconds is so good or cold filtered water is so much better than water straight from the tap. We are just 5 days into our ownership and are very happy with our Bibo”

“I recently had a scale problem with my BIBO classic and had to send for some descaler , back to the kettle for 2 days, oh! boy. now I know what it is like to be without it. Never again, it was like losing my best friend.”

“Had our Bibo classic just over 3 years now, and it has always performed flawlessly up until a few weeks ago, when we started to have problems with the hot water tank tripping out. A phone call to Bibo, had me in touch with their tech department, where I found a very helpful and polite Alex, who explained to me how to reset the trip for the hot water tank, all was good for a couple of weeks and it has just started doing it again, so another phone call to Alex, and he is sending out some parts for me to change (engineer visit was offered) but I am confident enough to do myself, so fingers crossed this will solve the problem and we will all be happy again.”

“This is the best water boiler i have had. Previously i had a butler hot and cold but it was not as hot or as good as my bibo. Highly recommend this to everyone.”

“Installation engineer arrived bang on time, very polite and very, very considerate, pitching the install at my disabled wife's level which I and my wife found excellent. Explained every step of the install in detail to ensure we understood. Everything was cleaned, left tidy, rubbish taken away, what more can I say. Demonstration was outstanding, again to make sure my wife understood. Overall, brilliant service and will most definitely recommend.”

“I was disappointed to find that there was still a lot of lime in the water so that steamer pans etc still get limescale on them and that I have to descale the tank. Other than that the water does taste good.”

“I have a BIBO Classic in the office and loved it so much I got one for my home too. Not only do my staff enjoy the Bibo but now my kids are drinking more water. The unit was installed easily and the engineer configured the time and other settings to suit our home movements. Thanks Bibo Team, great job again! Greg Kirwan - Thame”

“Buying a BIBO was the best thing we have done in a long time. We live in a very hard water area that tastes foul to drink. Buying & storing bottled water is a pain, plus the expense. BIBO has stopped all that and comes with hot water as a bonus. The taste of hot drinks has changed completely. As a real coffee drinkers, we realised that we had never tasted the true flavour. Could go on & on about the why BIBO changes your life - buy one & see!!”
