6 weeks later and still have not received replacement filters and cleaning kit. Money for yearly subscription was taken off my account straight away but week later I found that they have massive shortage of stock and nobody knows when it will be available. Bibo, if you read this- send me my filters and adjust my agreement accordingly! (Order #59424) This is completely unacceptable way of doing business and don't even try to blame covid or brexshit.

Regrettably, we have been experiencing unavoidable delays with our shipment due to the conflict in the Red Sea, and the vessel our goods are travelling on having to take a longer route because of this conflict. Bibo purifier is wonderful, we r really enjoying it. As of now, it's showing a notice to change the filters and clean the hot tank. It's very helpful thing as it shows it automatically. We paid and requested for filters n cleaning kits, hope we get them soon to enjoy the filter further.

I have to say the experience of dealing with Bibo has been amazing from start to finish. I originally contacted Bibo when i was looking for a water filtration system. In just over 24 hours i was contacted by their Director of Growth (Mim) who has answered all of my questions and has provided a level of customer service which i have not experienced previously, its been nothing short of perfect. There are a number of water filtration options in the market place, Virgin Pure being one of them (who didnt even respond to my email enquiry). If your looking for a quality product, with a company who care about the customer then genuinely there is no better place to go to than Bibo, they are exceptional and the new Bibo machine i have is fantastic!

Always very efficient with dealing with any questions. Engineers always seem to know what to do to fix machine if anything ever goes wrong. I have had a bibo for over 10 years now and wouldn't ever want to be without one now.

paid my anual subscription then when chasing where my filter and clean kit is got a message saying sorry out of stock and may be a month. Not particularly happy if I was a new customer i would have cancelled.

Very good product, works as described. Installation by engineer was very professional as he overcame some issues when connecting to the the water supply.

I ordered a pack of filter in January , it was wrongly sent to my old address . I asked for customer service 's help on this but I didn't receive any response from them.

With local water taste and constantly buying and storing shop brought water started to look at alternatives. Bibo popped up in Google and thought surely any device would fail to remove the foul taste in tap water, gladly I was wrong. As soon as the engineer fitted first sip of cold water the taste was as good as bottled water with no foul taste. But to my surprise the kettle was binned, easy to make beverages, fill the saucepans, making gravy etc. This is one of those appliances once tried there's no going back for the family. Even if the local utilities improved the taste, the practical feature of have boiled water on demand without filling or overfilling and waiting for the kettle to boil. Only fitted this winter and looking forward to a summer with chilled water on demand, so no more jugs in the fridge or creating and popping ice cubes, just cold refreshing water on demand.

Worst water machine we have ever supplied to our client, after sales service is disgusting ordered and paid for waited over a month for delivery ordered and paid for descaling kit over a month ago and still not delivered. We look after many clients all over the country and would never use Bibo again..

Absolutely outstanding service! Everyone from customer service to installation engineers were amazing. The machine itself is far more advanced than the Virgin Pure I just replaced! Highly recommend !

This is our second Bibo Water Machine, unfortunately something has changed with this product. , or we have a lemon. Our first machine lasted 10years without any issues, this machine has lasted 3 years and of course is just out of warranty. We are left with a water damaged bench, unusable machine and expensive quotes on techinician call outs (we are in a trade business and wouldnt dream of charging the same costs). Customer service terrible, clearly this company has moved to a continual add on product approach to compliment revenue so if you want your machine to last you have to keep putting your hand in your pocket. Will never buy another one and will not recommend. A complete turn around for us as we recommended our previous machine to any one who asked when in our office. Sad but true.

The machine is good but customer service not so much. Also be aware everything they sell are in packs meaning if you want to get a UV lamp you can't. You need to buy the whole pack that have filters etc that you already subscribed to. So basically if your UV lamp broke earlier that the yearly subscription, you have additional 2 filters. Or buy a kettle since you can't dispense water without UV lamp.

I'm on my second Bibo. We've loved the convenience. However after only 3 years, it is running so slowly, it is no longer a convenience. We've spent a lot of money on cleaning kits and filters etc. however , I fear our Bibo is going to quit on us, leaving us with a stock of very expensive filters etc.

I have been a Customer for a few years, never had an issue with my machine, a situation has arisen that means that I need to return my machine. Customer service has been shocking, incorrect information has been given to me, and emails to me have incorrect and misleading information.

I have had my Bibo for over 9 years now, and the level of service from day one has been first class. The instructions are consistently clear and easy to follow, and the team are always willing to make sensible suggestions to fix issues. Highly recommended.

Ordered my Bibo which arrived on the Thursday but as until now Tuesday, 5 days later, I have not been contacted regarding installation. I’m having my kitchen upgraded and have no water inthe kitchen because I’m waiting on an “ engineer “ to contact me. Totally unacceptable. I’m 67 year old with a disabled wife and we are still waiting to have the heater plumbed in......update. All has now been plumbed and is fantastic! Well worth the wait.

Fantastic product, great customer service. We were previously with VirginPure and changing over to Bibo was the best decision we’ve ever made. Bibo’s customer service respond really quickly and they go above and beyond to sort out any issues with anything at all. Virginpure’s customer service is non existent! The Bibo machine - the cold water is much colder than virgin and the hot water is much hotter than virgin. The Bibo machine is much easier to use and the graphics on the screen give much clearer indications of say what temperature the water is, when it wants a new UV or filter etc whereas with virginpure you have to try and decipher error codes (which aren’t listed in the manual!) oh and virgins customer services (when you can get through!!) don’t even know what their own error codes mean!! I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants a water machine to get a Bibo (if you want a constant headache, an inferior machine and no customer service by all means go with VirginPure but don’t say I didn’t warn you!!)

There are lots of reviews here about how great the Bibo works. I agree, it’s a fantastic piece of kit. But what if it’s faulty when it first arrives. Well, I had such a scenario. I have to say at this stage the service from the company has been absolutely exemplary and some other companies should follow their lead in customer service. When my Bibo arrived it was leaking water excessively. On examination I discovered there was a component broken off its position inside one of the side covers. It seems it was damaged enroute from The UK to Ireland as the company have assured me they rigorously test every unit immediately before it leaves their warehouse. As I am very familiar with replacing components in this type of device I suggested to the company they send me the replacement component rather than sending the whole unit back to the UK for a replacement. They done that and after fitting the component it showed up a fault with the UV lamp. Again, on my suggestion they sent me a replacement UV lamp. After fitting the UV lamp it still had another fault that was not visible to the naked eye, looked like a fault with the motherboard / control unit. It was jointly decided between myself and the company at this stage that the best thing to do was to replace the unit altogether as it was unclear if there might even be more damage. It seems one of the transport companies done a lot more damage than was originally thought. All through this process the company responded very positively to my emails and other correspondence. I would send them an email and get a reply in a very timely manner. My replacement Bibo is now up and running and works brilliantly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They have been brilliant throughout this whole process even though it was no fault of theirs that one of the transport companies damaged the unit before it got to me. I cannot praise the different staff in Bibo Water enough, all of them have been very pleasant and extremely helpful to deal with.
