“What a great water dispenser! We purchased this for our small office and it works brilliantly. Gone are the days of kettles or one cups which took far too long for drinks for 3+ people. Hot and Cold water dispensed instantly, at the right temperature and exactly the right amount for our cups. The only negative was shipping as we were let down by parcelforce, but it sounds common and they might benefit from using a better courier. Communication and resolution from the team was great though, and a great all-round service from bibo!”

“I’ve used BIBO water for exchanging my gas canisters for about a year now, ordering and delivery are easy,fast, and returning empty canisters are a doddle. However getting your deposit returned takes a little time, and I have had to e-mail them to ask for the deposit to be credited to my card, which I must say has created an extremely fast positive response from the customer service dept.”

It's a shame to hear that there have been some delays with receiving your deposit refund. We are working on making this a more seamless process to ensure our customers receive their refunds in a timely manner, but it is good to hear that our Customer Service Team have responded quickly when you have had to contact us :-)

“I have recently purchased a Bibo Bar pre-owned and after I purchased a full filter/UV lamp kit from Bibo the display indicated that the filter had been removed. After advise from Customer Support at Bibo I was advised to really push down on the filter whilst twisting to look it. I did this but in my opinion it should not need to have so much force to lock it. I would welcome the reasoning from Bibo”

Thank you for your feedback. Some of the filters do need a firm push to ensure they fully engage with the micro-switch at the bottom of the filter sleeve. If using the plastic filter spanner, this process should be much easier :-)

“I was slightly concerned when I was told the cost of the repair. However when the BIBO was returned I could see that it had been almost rebuilt as new. Very commendable.”
