“I have had BIBO since 2020, when I realised that, during the pandemic, we were often leaving the house just because we were out of water, so we decided to opt for this and also stop wasting so many plastic bottles.. And we have never had an issue since. The convenience of having water at home is great, and the cost is just the same, if not less as if we were to buy bottled water. People below mention customer service issues, I can't fault them. I had to contact them twice so far: one time we had an error due to a faulty UV lamp that stopped working, I emailed them and within a couple of days of we received a new one - for free. We are now having issues cleaning the hot tank as we lost the allen key to open it, within hours of our enquiry via email they replied stating they'll be posting one to us. Great service and I couldn't imagine going back to buying bottled water.. Thank you BIBO + team 🥰”

“Both the hot and cold water had a strange chemical smell/taste following installation. During a phone call to a member of the team I was advised to run off 10 litres to rid the smell/taste which was caused by the new components. The next day we still had the same issue and during a second phone call to the same team member I was advised that this could take up to 2 weeks to resolve. This was not mentioned previously or by the person who installed the machine”

“The UV lamps are supposed to last at least one year, but they often don't. The company refuses to sell UV lamps separately. That's rather anti-consumer and monopolistic bundling of consumables for Bibo water machines.”

“Although my machine leaked, they sorted it out so all is well. Very helpful, friendly and very professional service. Lovely looking high quality water bar, I wish the machine had a separate Jug or Pot dispense function, but apart from that, it really is wonderful!”

“Have a BiBo on rental which I am more than happy with. Needed a new hot water tank cleaning tank cartridge as the one I had leaked badly as it had been used many times. I ordered a new hot water tank cleaning kit and it arrived in 48hrs and was exactly what I needed. Excellent service and still quite happy with my machine.”

“Excellent Service. Very quick 1 week from order to installed. Tasha was excellent. Discussing where and how it would be installed. Takes a couple of weeks for the new smell to go and slight taste of newness to go, but now great taste.”
