“Although my machine leaked, they sorted it out so all is well. Very helpful, friendly and very professional service. Lovely looking high quality water bar, I wish the machine had a separate Jug or Pot dispense function, but apart from that, it really is wonderful!”

“Have a BiBo on rental which I am more than happy with. Needed a new hot water tank cleaning tank cartridge as the one I had leaked badly as it had been used many times. I ordered a new hot water tank cleaning kit and it arrived in 48hrs and was exactly what I needed. Excellent service and still quite happy with my machine.”

“Had our BiBo for nearly a week now we are very happy with it. customer service was very good and the insulation chap was very nice and friendly, told us everything we needed to know about the BiBo.”

“Excellent Service. Very quick 1 week from order to installed. Tasha was excellent. Discussing where and how it would be installed. Takes a couple of weeks for the new smell to go and slight taste of newness to go, but now great taste.”

“Our fizzer is great; efficient and reliable. Returns for deposit refund on each gas bottle are easy and swift. Poppy is always so helpful. Saving usage of so much plastic is good on all levels.”

“What a great water dispenser! We purchased this for our small office and it works brilliantly. Gone are the days of kettles or one cups which took far too long for drinks for 3+ people. Hot and Cold water dispensed instantly, at the right temperature and exactly the right amount for our cups. The only negative was shipping as we were let down by parcelforce, but it sounds common and they might benefit from using a better courier. Communication and resolution from the team was great though, and a great all-round service from bibo!”
