“The items were fine but the delivery was awful. Was a UPS and its sub carrier problem so it took a long time to get here, 4 days late”

“much too expensive with waste fittings and polyplumb fittings. Would be prepared to do much more business at more realistic prices. our materials turnover is approx. 500K.”

“My order didn't arrive when I had paid the £5 delivery charge to get it delivered the next wotking day to coincide with my plumber being here. I contacted you to inform you and it arrived the day after it was meant to arrive. The actual product was excellent.”

“very good service excellent telephone service. as i have to claim the money back from a third party a sales invoice would be useful have still not received this by post or email ? perhaps this should be sent out with the goods”

“Products good.delivery set too high as standard.packaging is ridiculous over kill. And it doesn't get delivered to the correct address and I wouldn't say it was fast either.”

“Unhappy regarding delivery services. Drivers are not calling recipients when they are facing difficulties in finding address and prefer to return the parcel to warehouse without any notice while your customers are waiting for products on site. Very black ball from this point of view.”
