delivery and ordering was fine
i ordered two toilet seat enclosed seat fasteners which could have been put into an envelope and sent out via the postal system instead i receive a large box containing the order i placed
the extra cost of sending out a box with such a small part is crazy.
i think you should review your procedures it may even save you money and costs certainly the customer would save on postage
