“Goods (2 metal bolts) arrived in a box big enough to take a telephone directory!!! An unwanted catalogue was include which probably explains the excessive postal charge of £4. These could have been sent in an enveloppe for half the price!!”

Also a £4.95 delivery charge is very competitive in the market place. N.B All orders over £40 are FREE delivery. “All items ordered were delivered on time without any issues; I must read the item descriptions better because I assumed the connector would arrive with the BS747 rubber washer as most other suppliers provide, but it didn’t and when I looked again at the description it stated ‘no washer provided’, but the washer was available as a separate item and to order a £0.17p washer and £4.85 postage wasn’t an option. All in all a great service but would recommend to read specs twice before ordering.”

“Always had good service from BES-my last delivery however was delivered a day late & damaged, I havent reported it- the 15mm copper pipes arrived banana shape-they are still usable but not for a straight run-not worth making a fuss about-the was carrier DX .”
