“I purchased two flow controllers, for my wash basin. The items were competitively priced. The only problem was the cost of postage. The items were tiny, and would easily have been sent by ordinary post. This was not an option. Otherwise very satisfied.”

“All of the service u provide is excellent I only have issue with the packaging as it is far to extreme in plastics with bag in bag in a box surrounded by plastic bubbles my house is full of it as don't like to through it away”

“Been using you for over 20 years. I can't recall you ever getting anything wrong. Things over the years have got better and better, due to technology I think. My latest purchase was seamless. The only thing would be extend your range, just bout a bathroom suite on line had to use Wicks, not an easy web site. Could of got the taps ECT from you but no baths basins ECT. Regards Phil.😁”
