“Delivery speed was first class - next day! Only minor issue I had - the connection was slightly too short for my sink so I had to fit it without the Rubber seal to make a good connection. That said it is a perfect fit that way and no leakage is occurring.”

“I had no confirmation of the date of delivery and no confirmation that the parcel has been delivered to its destination. I keep going to the shop to collect. It will make life easier if UPS or yourselves send a message regarding the delivery date/time. Kind Regards”

“Ordered a pipe bender and a week later I'm still waiting for delivery. Apparently it's out of stock but nobody thought to call me or even send a mail, I had to call this morning to be told. First time I've ordered from BES and also the last.......”
