“Ordered part online through BES early afternoon on 23rd Dec so was pretty sceptical about it arriving the following day with it being so close to Christmas. I was very pleased to hear the knock on the door the next day around 9am, and low and behold, there was my boiler part in the hands of a smiling courier! Fitted and working by lunchtime I.e. in less than 24 hours.”
