“I have ordered many times from B.E.S and will continue to do so. They have good value products which are almost always in stock. I feel I must however mention the issue of occasionally damaged goods, which has been due to the sometimes poorly packed boxes. The boxes are packed out with the air filled plastic bags, which are very often deflated by the time my order arrives, meaning that the goods inside slide around and can become damaged. That said B.E.S are very quick to send out replacements. Sort this issue out and it would definitely be 5 Stars.”

“I rang up to see if I could just do a one off purchase instead of opening an account. This was no problem and the order was swiftly taken with a bit of light hearted banter in between. The parcel arrived the next day and everything was good”

“Arranged for delivery at a local pickup point for next day delivery. No confirmation that the parcel was ready to be picked up. Had to go in and ask.”

“Ordered on line, but when I called they answered the phone to confirm my order was on its way and it arrived on time. So good old fashioned service at the right time. Well done and keep answering the phone, we like to talk sometimes!”
