“Great website and response to question about suitability for my replacement central heating pump. Excellent price,it being 50% of the original Danfos pump. Delivery was very quick and will allow me to carry out the work tomorrow replacing my noisy worn out pump. Thank you BES.”

“BES are my go to for anything plumbing. Unfortunately on this occasion when I really needed a hard to find part the courier let me, BES and the person that needed the part down by delivering a Saturday delivery on the following Monday. Got the usual platitudes from the delivery company.”

“I ordered two simple items in early December - no indication when ordering that one was not in stock, paid for both, only one delivered, now after 3 phone calls I am told should be here 17th - could anymore be done I asked, no that's when its coming I was told then the lady said goodbye - " BES we've got it " !! Make your own mind up.”

Sincere apologies Malcolm. Sadly one of your items was out of stock due to a supplier lead time delivery delay and the Christmas holiday period. Thankfully this is very unusual but of course inconveniences you. We are very sorry about this delay. We are awaiting an update from this particular supplier. Apologies. BES
