“Sorting out my loft and needed cold water tank and expansion tank lids and insulation jackets. Being an older house (1970s) lids seemed hard to come by but BES had just what I needed. Ordering was easy and delivered next day as promised. Dropped one star as incorrect cold water tank jacket was supplied (circular ordered but rectangular supplied). Was able to adapt so not worth returning.”

“Delivery came on time with the correct items. BES also happened to be the best price on the particular items I was buying. The fact they are using DPD to deliver the order is a big bonus because they always deliver at the correct given time 👍”

“Item was incorrectly delivered by DPD (to a completely wrong address 2 miles from my house!) but I called BES and they were so helpful and offered a refund or replacement item. Very good customer service from them. (Shame about DPD) but BES couldn’t have been more helpful.”
