Not always next day delivery but good products with decent prices. The web site could be better with an actual photo instead of a black and white drawing.

Great web site to find the write part. Service fast and departed same day, just the delivery of part somewhat slow, but in saying that it arrived when stated.

Excellent range of products and competitive pricing, would use them again. The website takes some getting used to as it's keen to empty your basket if you leave it a while, the answer seems to be create an account and add your selection to a list and then put the list into your basket (could do with a select all button for this). They used DX to ship my order, DX mislaid one box BES were straight onto it and would have sent a replacement, as it was DX found it and delivered it the next day, as I had time it wasn't a problem but perhaps they should look at other shipping companies, as a customer (if that's important) I like DPD these days.

I required a replacement carbon monoxide module as the one in my detector required replacement. Received the order the day after placing my order. The unit arrived well packaged and protected. Good service and I will use again.

Ordering part on line for Europe delivery was a bit confusing as didn't state payment had to be made over the phone or that the accounts team would ring me, only that the part had been ordered depending on approval, I rang as urgently needed the part and hadn't entered any payment details. Part was ordered late Tuesday afternoon and received Friday lunchtime in France. UPS sent emails and gave a delivery time span and it arrived within that time.

Generally very good but when wrong goods are sent no voucher or anything is offered as a sorry. A £10 voucher on these occasions to show u understand the inconvenience caused would be appreciated

The prices are extremely competitive, but the delivery wasn't as good. The issue I have is that when I queried "standard delivery" I was informed that I would probably receive the item "the following evening or the morning following that" In fact the item was exactly one week in transit. I know it was only an estimate, but given more accurate details I could have paid extra delivery or made other arrangements. But for that I would have given 4 or even 5 stars.

I put 4 stars due to missing warning triangle when ordering part .Out of stock, and was not informed of this until inquiring why order had not arrived by sales who were very helpful and apologised for delay. First class service deserved 5 stars . Recommened
