“My first ever order, the prices easily matched if not beat the best I could get locally even after adding shipping costs.. The order was only small, about £15 worth of waste pipe and fittings. Despite the covid crisis affecting nearly every business, everything arrived next day.. I have used many online services for DIY and construction materials as I do a lot of maintenance, but the service and pricing here is probably the best I have yet seen. I would love to see BES expand their goods into other areas because if they stock it, I feel they would probably be my first choice from now on.. Thank you BES :-)”

“Competitive pricing - prompt delivery & good range. Improvements could be - simple automatic account set up offer following 3 paid orders. There could be facility for decorative copper tube. I use the tube for furniture & it has to be well wrapped & scratch free, it sometimes has dents & marks that need a lot of rectifying.”
