“Ordered an outdoor tap kit and paid for next day delivery. When it didn’t come the next day, I called BES. The lady on the phone said, that’s because they are out of stock. When I asked about just refunding the next day delivery charge, she said this would not be possible. Poor communication, lady on the phone had clearly heard this before, sounded very fed up. Cancelled the full order yet I’ve still not been refunded.”

“Hi BES, I was only talking about your service to my partner last night so your review page has come at the right time!. I will give you an example of how good you are. I ordered some items from toolstation it showed 2 in stock when purchased with free so called next day delivery. then 12 days pass I decide to ring them as my order had not arrived, I could not get though and they terminated my call, but to test how slimy they really are I ring again but this time I went to place an order a guess what a rep answered. What is the point in lying to customers when they quite clearly cannot fulfill orders. This is clearly bad management and they CANNOT use the Covid - 19 as a way out. They cancelled my order with no explanation at all. I will always use you for all my plumbing needs in future. You are doing fine, you are years ahead of toolstation in every single way, they cannot even come close and you certainly know how to keep your customers happy. I wish all of your team all the best for the future, you all deserve it. Kind Regards Les Dixon”

“Delivery was supposed to traceable. Git message at 7.30pm that the delivery address was incorrect, checked all documents this was not the case. The parcel was supposed to be deliver Wednesday, it was not dispatched until that day and it did not turn up!”
