“Ordered on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery, the order was accepted. I realised it was Easter, so I checked on your website, only to find that the order would not come until Tuesday! Phoned back within two hours to cancel, but was told they could not and I would have to refuse it on delivery. The goods took until Friday to emerge which was much too late anyway.”

“The product Honeywell which I got them are OK. But the delivery in some case and reply emial is take long time like the recently Purchase Order Number 100338807 for Honeywell XS100 30 pcs, there is no reply for AWB. I already transfer the payment on April 9,2020 please check for me.”

“Item arrived quickly and product was exactly what I ordered. Delivered by UPS but unfortunately must have thrown around and dropped. The two tubs of floor tile cement were loose in a cardboard box with no wrapping. On tub had split and leaked out in the box. Fortunately I was able to use it immediately so there was minimal loss although it was messy.”
