“Excellent service etc. from BES unfortunately the delivery company delivered to Magpie Cottage in Felmersham (the next village) instead of Magpie Cottage, Radwell. They know us so got in touch and we went to collect. UPS usually really good - bet he couldn't believe his luck that he was delivering 2 parcels to the same address!!”

“Very good website, easy ordering and fast dispatch. Only complaint would be rather poor packaging. We have never had anything damaged yet but several deliveries have had the box gaping open and on the last one the rod of a float valve had pierced through the cardboard and was sticking out, More wrapping please.”

“The items that we ordered could have fit in an envelope & been posted through our letter box. Bizarrely they were put in a huge box which we had to collect from a depot as we were not home whne the delivery was attempted!!”

“Good range of options, Fairly priced, speedily delivered free of charge. On the downside, the large box containing the hot water cylinder and immersion heater was fully open at the top and it is fortunate nothing had fallen out. The courier "did not know why" the box was open.”

“Excellent service but a question on delivery. Having filled in a form (possibly from UPS rather than from BES) to say "Please leave at back door" and agreeing that this instruction was at my risk, I was surprised to have a note through the door to tell me where I could collect the parcel. The delivery label clearly had my delivery instructions printed on it. A shame UPS spoilt this being a five star review.”

“Not bad service and support from technical...however payed for Saturday delivery and arrived Tuesday after bank holiday not besfault they were let down by ups and still haven't received refund for delivery.”

“the toilet plunger no doubt works well in a traditional round toilet,but does not work in a modern square pan as you can't get a seal. does anyone make one that shape?”

“Placed order online which was easy to follow as the parts needed were all on the same page. Order arrived next day. The order was well packed and complete. Couldn't do much better. Delivery charge of £4.95 means that small orders aren't worth doing online. They need a postal option for this to be worthwhile.”

“The clips I ordered were the wrong size, my mistake. I re-ordered the correct size and I'm still waiting for my refund of my original order. Your service is excellent the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and courteous.”
