“Good prices, fast delivery”

“Never had a problem with stock, everything I have ever ordered has always been available. Customer services have always been polite and helpful. Deliveries have always been on time and packaging good. One negative point - I believe there is an updated website on its way - which is desperately overdue! Search engine is unintuitive, and personnel have difficulties accessing some of the order data when there has been the occasional problem processing an order online - I suspect the website is not integrated with the back office system, but that's just my guess. So, happy to carry on using BES, but look forward to the new website!”

“Placing of telephone orders is efficient and the stock of items is very good so you can be assured that you don't need to carry a significant stock and can rely on BES.”

“Happy with the purchasing experience and the product received. Slight dissatisfaction with the delivery. Did not get advance notification when the items were to be delivered. However the courier was very proactive in contacting me and arranging a alternative delivery time.”

“BES service is very good. Goods were dispatched as soon as they were ordered. Once again they were let down by their courier UPS. Tracked the delivery and it said that it would be delivered by the end of the day so we made sure that there would be someone to receive it. After waiting in all day at I took another look at the tracking only to see that at 18.10 they had updated it to say that it would not be delivered until the following day. It arrived at lunch time the next day. Not good enough. Could do better. Must try harder. All the goods were well packed and the order was complete 5 stars for BES. 0 stars for UPS”
