“Good efficient order process. Wanted to change delivery address, but told your system is not able to do this after processing the order! The carrier UK mail was a little more flexible thankfully.”

“I got what I ordered but some of the parts were not compatible. I guess that's the price you pay for online ordering. A local merchant trade counter would probably have pointed out the missing parts.”

“Very fast and efficient delivery service product was of a reasonable standard although the door was bowed so does not fully close but as I say reasonable standard product.”

“I received the order, but it turned out to be the wrong item. The order came in a rather big cardboard box as it also contained a catalogue because I was a new customer placing a first order. Still I thought that the cost for postage and packing was rather high. I returned the item and got a refund without any problem. I was very surprised that only a few days after my order had arrived I received another envelope containing a second free catalogue. I consider this a waste of paper and (customer's?) money.”
