“Fast, efficient service. Good product. Would have been 'very good' apart from 3 small things - (1) the signs to the goods in/out area could be clearer (there's only one and it's hidden behind foliage). I suspect many customers, like me, parked in the first car park they came to - and a very helpful lady poked her head out of the office window to give me directions. I suspect it wasn't the first time she'd done this! (2) A warning that the access road is blocked by a barrier and that you need to use the intercom would have been useful. (3) A customer toilet would be good to have - I'd just travelled for 2 hours when I called in (on my way to North Wales).”

“Everything arrived in good condition and on time (next working day). However, I had mistakenly ordered some pipe 'O' clips of the wrong size (worth pence only). I was very surprised to find there was no way of having these sent out by first class post and not incur courier costs. Your help-desk agent explained that everything had to be tracked. I finished up buying some conventional screw-up Jubilee clips from a local DIY store.”

“Order was correctly filled and was delivered within 2 days, not next day as advertised. This was because, according to their couriers, I live in a remote area (Scottish Borders!).”
