“Ordering part on line for Europe delivery was a bit confusing as didn't state payment had to be made over the phone or that the accounts team would ring me, only that the part had been ordered depending on approval, I rang as urgently needed the part and hadn't entered any payment details. Part was ordered late Tuesday afternoon and received Friday lunchtime in France. UPS sent emails and gave a delivery time span and it arrived within that time.”

“Generally very good but when wrong goods are sent no voucher or anything is offered as a sorry. A £10 voucher on these occasions to show u understand the inconvenience caused would be appreciated”

“The prices are extremely competitive, but the delivery wasn't as good. The issue I have is that when I queried "standard delivery" I was informed that I would probably receive the item "the following evening or the morning following that" In fact the item was exactly one week in transit. I know it was only an estimate, but given more accurate details I could have paid extra delivery or made other arrangements. But for that I would have given 4 or even 5 stars.”

“I put 4 stars due to missing warning triangle when ordering part .Out of stock, and was not informed of this until inquiring why order had not arrived by sales who were very helpful and apologised for delay. First class service deserved 5 stars . Recommened”

“So many items which could be difficult to get on street merchant. Convenient, easy to use. I fund hard to get 110mm welding 90• straight culling, only connection with rubber seal. Part for that is a fantastic site.”

“Great service but the search facility on your website lets you down, looking for a item does not take you to it, just a jumble of related items and much scrolling down of pages. I have given up in the past although I am sure you must sell the item and gone to Screwfix or Toolstation to locate it instead. Better pictures of items would be good and links to makers spec/ user instructions / COSH information.”

“Valves arrived very quickly, next day as promised. Very good value, however one of the very large brass valves had a dink in it, like it had been dropped on a hard floor. Nothing we couldn't get around ourselves without the need to replace it.”
