“Ordering and dealing with B.E.S. is very straightforward. I have started using the on line ordering service, once I got used to the layout of the ' catalogue' it was a breeze. The items arrived in just short of 32 hours of placing the order. Only problem was the courier company, I asked for the parcel to be left at a particular place in my house, but they decided to leave it with a neighbour. Hey ho.”

“It would be handy if the sales reprisentitives knew more about the products in the catalogue. Their knowledge is pretty limited at best. Overall it's a good service but it would be better if you could tell the sales person what your looking for and then pointing you in the right direction in the catalogue as sometimes it's hard to find things if your not familiar with it”
