Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“Bought a Chopard necklace online from Berry's. Before I did so, I enquired about the product, requesting additional pictures and more information. I can't say enough good things about my interaction with Lindsay Buckell, and how she made my online buying experience so easy and hassle-free. She responded to my emails promptly with really helpful information, as well as anticipating any additional questions I might have had. She did her part to make sure I was purchasing without any regrets. My parcel came the next day as promised, safe and sound. I hope to shop with Berry's again, thank you Lindsay for being such a fantastic SA!”

“The best customer service I received from Lindsay at the online team. Was consistent with emails and got back to my questions swiftly. Ended up ordering a Chopard ring from her and it was all done nice and easily online. It was organised and sent to my home address all nice and wrapped up and within a certain time frame. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Berrys again in the near future, and will definitely be looking to deal with Lindsay again. Hope this company can give her the praise she deserves. Many thanks for looking after me”

“I had never heard of Berry’s Jewellers before, but they had the exact watch that I wanted. Any fears I may have had were swiftly erased. Fantastic service with the bonus of gift wrap. Parcel arrived very quickly & well packaged. After the given wait time free gift arrived on time. Would not hesitate to use Berry’s again. Thank you for a fantastic service.”

“I was looking to purchase an Omega. Rang a few companies and no one was interested in discussing a deal unless I visited their premises. This isn't always practical as I live near Middlesbrough. I called your online number and spoke to Danny who could not have been more helpful. We had a very open honest discussion, I explained my budget and that I would purchase there and then if we could agree. He spoke to a Manager and the deal was agreed. he then talked me through the online order. I then received a call from Nick who was dealing with the order and it arrived exactly when he said. From start to finish the service was as good as anything I have had with any company. Will recommend for sure”
