Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“The Jewellery was gorgeous, beautiful packaging but I was disappointed in the fact they got my name wrong. Ironically it’s the same name as yours! Otherwise you would have got a top score!”

“I purchased a nice Omega watch for my daughter as she leaves to relocate to Austraila soon. I found it on the Berry's website at a great discount not previously found online and arranged for it to be delivered to the Nottingham boutique. I did this so it would be more of a good memory experience for her when we went to collect it on a quiet afternoon rather than it just arriving in the post at her home. The staff were very nice however, being offered a refreshment would have gone a bit further but I myself felt the money had gone from the sale for them, having bought it at a discount from a different Northern store. That said I would recommend Berry's to others.”

“I recently purchased a Grand Seiko watch. It was in the sale but listed a brand new. When it arrived, unfortunately the strap was not new and I guess this was an ex-display piece. Contacted Berrys straight away and greeted by Danny who offered a £250 refund, which was enough for a new strap. Overall good service, but this must be taken into account when listing watches for sale in the future. And honestly, I do love the watch!”

“Overall, the service from ordering/delivery was very efficient and prompt. The item in question was more delicate than I was looking for so contacted Berry's to arrange return. Tot would appear that the email giving me details of how to return was forgotten about and I had to follow up. Once that was sorted, everything went fine.”

“Very good service. Bought a watch on line that arrived the next day. Only issue we have had is that it was not sized to 15cm as requested. This means my wife. Could not wear the present until our return from holiday , which is disappointing.”

“The service was prompt and delivery was excellent. With making such a high cost purchase it would have been good to discuss my watch. The post sale process felt rushed and the staff member I was dealing with didn’t share the same enthusiasm as I did for my purchase.”
