Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“Kim, from the Leeds store, picked up my query and was extremely helpful, responsive and communicative which I really appreciated. It was easy to place my order remotely and my bracelet arrived the next morning. It’s the second time that I have been impressed with the service from Berry’s having previously bought a necklace from the York store. There was a subsequent issue with it which was promptly and efficiently resolved. It seems to me that excellent service can be hard to find these days so when you do experience it, it’s a very nice positive feeling and you’re so much more likely to be a returning customer.”

“An amazing company to deal with. I ordered a different watch and when i seen it it was to small for me. Berrys changed it without a issue. When i get another one ( i have already seen it lol ) i will definitely goto Berrys”

“My Fope bracelet arrived today and it’s even more beautiful in person. Customer service was fantastic — Kim was super helpful, responsive, and made everything easy. The price was honestly the best I found anywhere, which made me feel confident I was getting real value. International shipping was smooth and completely stress‑free. The package arrived quickly, safely, and perfectly packaged. I didn’t need to return anything, but the returns & refunds policy is clear and straightforward, and Kim made me feel they’d handle any issue professionally. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back to purchase again.”

“Purchased my Vacheron Constantin Overseas from Chinda (the 6th watch purchase from him and Berry’s). As always his professionalism and knowledge about watches is second to none and he kept me updated throughout the whole process of purchasing this very special timepiece. He made the collection day very special too and nothing is ever too much trouble, in terms of resizing etc. Tom deserves a mention too for the after sales support. I always recommend Berry’s to friends and family and any future watches will be purchased from this family owned company.”

“Received my Cartier santos dumont and emailed berry’s to see if they could send me a travel pouch and cleaning kit which is usually provided especially when prompted, Berry’s have since followed through with my request and sent me a travel pouch which is a nice touch as I know it’s not something they HAVE to do, if the cleaning kit comes bonus if not fair play to berry’s would recommend and order again in the future”
