Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“First class service! I contacted Berry’s as the watch I’d purchased had a problem with it, Danny immediately arranged for me to return the watch, a replacement was sent out and I was refunded my return postage as promised. I would definitely recommend Berry’s”

“I took my Panerai for a service with Berry's in the Victoria quarter. I have to say that the service I received from Samantha and all the team was excellent!As normal the service with Panerai raised a number of question.The communication and attention to detail showed a real interest in my watch and what I wanted to achieve and what shone through was that Berry's really cared!So often these days we get bad service from companies who don't know or care about the products or people they are dealing with this was certainly not the case with Berry's! Thanks for a great service experience!”

“I spoke to Berry’s in Newcastle 3 days ago regarding a watch I liked. Unfortunately they did not have it in the Newcastle store but did have it in Hull. Within 24 hours they had the watch sent to the Newcastle store for me to view. I went today and bought the watch. It’s stunning and Tina and Lee from the Newcastle store reminded me today what excellent customer service looks like. Something that is all too often forgotten in this day and age of internet purchasing . Something one of their neighbouring stores failed to grasp! Thanks Tina and Lee for a superb experience today. I love my watch and will be telling everyone where I bought it. Thank you.”

“hi, purchased an omega,seamaster watch [online] whole process was stress free & very quick. olso got a exellent gift [watchwinder] i would olso like to say when i had to contact berry's by telephone the service was what you would like to recieve,but don't always get, call was answered quickly & by a young lady who obviously knew what she was talking about.”
