Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“We chanced upon Berry's today and had the most wonderful experience!! We were looking for some diamond earrings and a wedding band. Courtney looked after us brilliantly, no hard sell, great knowledge of the products we looked at. We purchased both items and Courtney even offered to clean Nicci's engagement ring which was purchased elsewhere! Then to cap it all off we were presented with a bottle of Champagne!! Brilliant customer service by all of the staff in the shop especially Courtney. Far far better than the experience we had recently at Tiffany!! You guys rock and thanks for a great experience this afternoon.”

“Contacted Berry’s after being let down by Goldsmiths for a watch that they claimed to have in stock which was for my daughter’s 21st birthday. (which they didn’t and came up with lame excuses yada yada…) Managed to find the Watch available from Berry’s in York, contacted their customer services and the chap we spoke to was excellent, really helpful and said we definitely have one! Ordered online straight after the phone call and received the watch the following day. What more could you want? The strap setting was too large for my daughter’s wrist so went back to their Newcastle shop and the team jn there were fantastic. Resized the watch there and then. Still not a perfect size & they ordered a half link which will be fitted next week when our daughter heads back to uni. I would 100% recommend Berry’s for any jewellery or watch purchase. Seems to be a company who actually cares about their customers! 10/10 🔥”

“Berry’s have been absolutely fantastic, I have shopped here for a couple of years now after finding them as a local boutique, stocking some of the best luxury time pieces and as a watch enthusiast this was exactly what I had been searching for! Steven in particular has been my no1! Lots of advise, always on hand, never too much to ask, and always sorts me out with the very best watches I can add to my collection! Can’t recommend these guys enough!”

“Having decided on my new watch I decided to purchase it from Berry’s online. There was a very slight mark on the case so I contacted them. The next day I went to the store in Albion Street and after they checked and confirmed there was a mark they said they would replace the watch. After a very short wait of three days they contacted me to say my new watch had arrived. Back to Albion street and the watch was perfect. The customer service was excellent, I was made to feel valued and offered drinks while I was there. The store manger took the time to ask me about watches in general and shared his insight into the watch market. I am almost glad the first watch wasn’t perfect as then I was able to enjoy the in store experience with Berry’s. Fantastic store and staff and when I next pull the trigger on a new watch I know where I’ll be going.”
