“Have used BBQWorld (Dawsons) before and found them price competitive for Weber products. They still are but this latest purchase that DPD could not handle due to the state of the box (which they smothered with their own tape to avoid it falling apart) we were very disappointed with due to their attitude. This was a whole new BBQ plus accessories bought as a house warming present by family so we contacted Dawsons straight away to tell them about the delivery issue with pictures. They were not interested and did not even apologise instead saying if anything was damaged we were welcome to send it back ! We explained we had just moved house so this was not a priority and asked for an explanation about the poor state of the package but none was given. So eventually we unpacked the box and indeed did find damage to an item which was replaced to be fair - but still no apology... Doubt we will use them again.”
