“From start to finish, my order with BBQ World was perfect. if it wasn't for DPD not delivery to the address but taking it to the Post office, I would say the delivery was perfect. Post Office open 09:30am-17:30 so not ideal when you work in an office 09:00 - 17:30 which is located 20 minutes away!”

They sent out the item again, this arrived promptly to then find out it was the incorrect item. another wait in day for the third time. So proving you don't need an item by a specific date go for it”

Although I got a great price I clicked on the product through a Google search, after I ordered I discovered that I could have got a further 10% off with a code on the home page. If there is a code displayed on the website I think it should be automatically discounted at checkout. I know this is on me for not checking the home page but I don't understand why it's not automatically applied. I would have cancelled/returned and reordered to get the extra disct but it would have been a lot of hassle for everyone.
But having said that the dispatch and delivery was super fast, I didn't expect it to arrive so fast. I also saved a lot off the RRP.
I've been to the Dawson's department store in Clitheroe and spent a a good hour or so in there, it's a great independent department store with helpful friendly staff, its definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.”
