“Having read the reviews, I was slightly worried about the delivery situation but a bank holiday discount meant the product was too good to miss at the price. Once bought, we were kept in the loop about when the product would be delivered. We received emails with specific times on a specific date and received multiple updates to ensure delivery wasn't missed. The product is fantastic. High quality and in perfect condition. We needn't have worried at all”

“Fantastic BBQ so pleased with the performance. I was disappointed that it arrived damaged but I did however receive replacement parts, the legs very quickly after contacting the company.I then had to take the whole thing apart and reassemble it. This does assume people are able to do this and have tools for the job. I would have preferred a replacement unit for the price I paid. I then had the fuss of sending the damaged bits back. I paid extra for next day delivery but then had to wait for the replacement bits, luckily they came the day before we were going away. Overall still pleased with my purchase.”
