“Customer service abysmal. I bought a portable bbq on line and the website page presented some options for the regulator connector. I ordered the only one that looked to suit (on other pages were further options) but it was the wrong one. Firstly I would have thought that the experts would have advised me at despatch but no - I emailed customer service to explain and they said I had bought the wrong one and it was âunfortunateâ - I emailed again for help in sorting an exchange but have not had a reply.”
