“Although it took at least 3 hours to construct we are very happy with the quality. A lovely solid sturdy BBQ. When unpacking the parts we noted one of the control knobs was damaged so we registered this with the seller and had a replacement delivered within a couple of days. Fantastic service. Will be looking to buy some lava rocks and basket from them also.”

I did have a minor issue with communication during delivery - the courier apparently tried to contact me but didn't leave a message, which meant I had no idea they'd attempted to arrange my delivery delivery. However, when I reached out to your customer service team to arrange the actual delivery, they were fantastic and sorted everything out quickly.
Just a suggestion: it might be worth giving feedback to your courier company that calling without leaving a message isn't really effective communication - if there's no message, it's as if the call never happened!
