“I'm giving only 3 stars because they did not bother to put the charcoal bag in a proper packaging. The bag arrived with a big cut and a couple of small cuts.”
“Disappointed for a Webber. Box damaged on arrival and looked like it had been re taped up Also, from the diagram it look like there are missing parts. Two inner metal pieces that wedge in a tray, perhaps when cooking chicken. Not clear from the instructions. This was a gift for my daughter, so disappointed.(picture below from instructions not real life).”

“The BBQ was delivered as arranged but after unpacking it I discovered it was damaged underneath. One side is bent and I will have to buy paint to patch up the damage. Also I was told specifically that the BBQ came with fixing brackets but there were no fixing brackets to secure it. Overall not impressed.”
“Item arrived promptly. As there was extra selotape on the box, & I was wary that it had been opened before and repackaged, so gave them a call. Was told that the tape can loosen in shipping, and assured that the box will not have been open before arrival with me. This proved to be 100% correct, as when opened up everything was clearly undisturbed. Would have no issue ordering off BBQ World again, good service.
