“I ordered a pizza rocker/slicer and thermometer, it was stated 10 day delivery due to no stock which I was happy with. I left it 10,days or so after hearing nothing I gave them a call. A gentleman told me that the stock had arrived and to expect my delivery by the end of the week. I called again the following week after the items didn't arrive to be told the same thing. I challenged the lady that I spoke to this time and told her that I was told the same thing 7 days previously. She then checked something on her pc and told me to expect it in the next few days. Hey presto..I got an email to let me know when it was to be delivered. I would have been happy with the odd update via email and not to be given false information the first time a rang up. Anyway the Gozney products arrived well packaged and as usual excellent quality.”
“Staff were absolutely brilliant - couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We were prepared to pay for a high end bbq, the staff went through what we needed and even advised us not to buy something if we didnt need it. There was a slight issue with one of our items when we got home but the shop were very helpful and corrected the issue very quickly. It was also cheaper than pretty much anywhere else at £200. I would definately go back again.”
“BBQ World provides an excellent service with competetive prices. I recently bought four 10kg bags of Heat Beads Briquettes that were packed in a single cardboard box. The label on the box indicated 4kg instead of 40kg that was to be delivered by DPD. Unfortunately, the petit female courier driver was unable to deliver due to the weight, It would probably be far better to pack the goods in multiple boxes.”
