After placing an order on a Sunday evening, they called me on Wednesday to inform me that the deliver from the EU was delayed and it could be a couple of weeks before the item arrived. before i could say that was fine they offered me at no additional cost an upgrade to the top of the specific range I had selected to purchase. The BBQ was delivered to my drive by 13:00hrs the next day. Outstanding service and an offer I was not expecting but for Weber BBQ equipment they have been my go to supplier for the past 10+years.
