“Given that the website states you must order before noon for same day dispatch, with delivery next working, when I placed my order mid afternoon, I assumed dispatch would be next day. But, no, by the end of the afternoon BBQ World had confirmed dispatch and the courier had confirmed next day delivery. I received my order 24 hours after placing it. You can’t get better service than that. Very pleased with the product too.”

“I am a returning and repeat customer to BBQ World and for my purchase of a new Gas BBQ they were an obvious choice. Their web site was by far the most informative, most dynamic and intuitive, but above all else they had the best most competitive prices across all of the Weber models I was looking at. After placing an order on a Sunday evening, they called me on Wednesday to inform me that the deliver from the EU was delayed and it could be a couple of weeks before the item arrived. before i could say that was fine they offered me at no additional cost an upgrade to the top of the specific range I had selected to purchase. The BBQ was delivered to my drive by 13:00hrs the next day. Outstanding service and an offer I was not expecting but for Weber BBQ equipment they have been my go to supplier for the past 10+years.
