I would have given five stars but I ordered the wrong BBQ and called customer service who offered to recall the BBQ at a cost of £7.50p for it to be . I have had no confirmation of the recall, and have emailed to ask status of refund which I have yet to receive. I ordered another BBQ immediately which arrived two days later, and I am very happy with it.”

“I wanted a kettle bbq and phoned up two or three times for advice. I finally bought a Napoleon Pro 47cm kettle bbq. Everyone I spoke to was more than helpful. Delivery was excellent and the bbq was well packed and is of very good quality. It was easy to put together. I am really impressed with the service and can highly recommend.
