“Due to DPD delivering my package to a house miles away I had to contact BBQ world. The customer service was fantastic in trying to help me and it was sorted in no time. Will certainly be using again”

“Very good range of Weber Barbeques along with accessories covering charcoal/heat beads/fire lighters/cooking implements etc. Delivery provided the cost is over a certain amount is free of charge and usually very efficient, it's a pity that a 10% discount is not available for orders over £50.00 as this could encourage existing and new customers to consider increasing their expenditure”

“I bought a BBQ from BBQ world at the end of May. The BBQ arrived damaged, I immediately complained about this to Customer Services and the communication was all very positive and I was assured that I could use the BBQ and the would replace the damaged part. After many back and forward emails and missed promises, at nearly 3 months later I am still in a position where the damaged part has not been replaced. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a company such as BBQ World. All that said, the Louise the Customer Service contact has been very understanding throughout the process and promptly responded to my many emails for help and clarification.”

“We ordered a gas cooker for a camping trip after much research. BBQ World proved to have the best deal so we ordered. It had an estimated delivery of a few days, but came the next day! It was fast and efficient and the cooker was perfect. Couldn't fault BBQ World. We will be back no doubt.”
