“Purchased 3 bags of Kamado Joe lumpwood charcoal from them as they had a good price & free delivery. Everything is fine with the charcoal but the delivery experience was poor due to the delivery being left at the bottom of the garden by an open gate right next to the main road!. The delivery driver does not appear to have tried to bring it to the house, luckily I was in & got a notification showing where they had left it. Which meant I had to carry it from the roadside to the house. Purchase experience good, Product good, Delivery experience poor. Might be worth BBQworld looking at a different courier?.”
