I bought the 325S at a great price along with some accesories.
From placing the order online to dleiver was super fast.
I had some concern about the pallet delivery as my driveway is gravel. However, the driver was able to drop it straight into my garage easily and without fuss.

“BBQ arrived really quickly. There was a slightly damaged leg (that I assume has been squashed in transit or something) and I contacted BBQ World. The lady that I spoke with was brilliant. Within a couple of emails confirming serial numbers and details, a new replacement leg was ordered and on its way to my home address. Recevied within a couple of days and now I have a perfect Weber BBQ. These things happen unfortunately, but I cannot fault BBQ World in the way that the issue was resolved quickly and without fuss.”
