“Never heard of the firm before, but delighted by their prices and fast service. Bought an Outback BBQ £100 cheaper than I could find elsewhere and I received it the next day. The BBQ arrived wrapped and on a pallet, which was delivered to the front garden. The delivery man offered to help take it through to the garden, but we were happy to unpack first. He also offers to take the pallet, so we didn’t need to dispose of it. First class quality and service. 5⭐️”

“Ordered a BBQ online and requested delivery for the following Friday as we were away. Sent 3 emails replying to the order confirmation email and to their "orders" and "support" email addresses. Had a confirmation email fro. DPD and successfully changed the delivery date to Friday. It was delivered the next day, not the Friday whilst we were away. Asked for it to be collected today and had an email to state it would be collected and they would call to confirm the time. No call, no collection. I was told it was all my fault as I selected the wrong delivery option - I simply selected the free delivery option given to me. No apology, emails all blamed me, multiple failed promises. Absolute shambles, and still not resolved. Avoid at all costs.”
