“When I placed the order there was an option to have it delivered to a place of my choice.
I asked for it to be placed behind a large pot by the front door.
This is a secure place as it cannot be seen from anywhere unless you are actually at the door and has been used many times for deliveries.
But the delivery people leave me a card, no explanation, then I have to go to a pickup point.
If my option for delivery is no good why not say so.
The rest of the service from BBQ world was great.
