“Purchased 3 bags of Kamado Joe lumpwood charcoal from them as they had a good price & free delivery. Everything is fine with the charcoal but the delivery experience was poor due to the delivery being left at the bottom of the garden by an open gate right next to the main road!. The delivery driver does not appear to have tried to bring it to the house, luckily I was in & got a notification showing where they had left it. Which meant I had to carry it from the roadside to the house. Purchase experience good, Product good, Delivery experience poor. Might be worth BBQworld looking at a different courier?.”

“Having brought a webber BBQ a few weeks back from BBQ World, again with a very compeditive price and very fast delivery, I decided to get some additional kit, the premium gloves save the hands and wrists and I have yet to use the heat beads, but using them last year, great for retaining the heat and helps if one is doing a large ammount of food.”
