Despite a few issues with delivery and missing items, I would struggle to fault your customer service and the speed at which you put things right. Couriers are in a world of their own!!

Honestly they’re fantastic, great pricing delivered exactly what I was expecting. Shocking delivery company which sadly marred the whole experience.

We ordered the wrong cover for our BBQ, and Dawsons were very helpful in identifying the correct one we should have ordered. This was ordered and delivered a few days later. This was very good service, however, the credit for the original we returned did take longer than expected. The sales team was let down by the accounts department.

Fast delivery, no issues there. Very sturdy and well made. Took my husband, who is quite handy 3 hours to make the BBQ, instructions weren't great, but not the end of the world. The grill has a big surface area, easy to use, husband said. Only downside, there's no back panel, so if you are facing people whilst cooking, they can see everything inside the cupboard - seems odd to have doors on the front but no back panel, why even bother having doors in the first place! It's not a cupboard with no back panel. If the BBQ is positioned up against as wall, then this would be fine, but unfortunately in our garden there isn't an option to put it against a wall. It's purely esthetic, but I wouldn't have brought it if I knew there wasn't a back panel, who wants to see fat dripping in the fat collector whilst eating, and all gubbins inside. Such a shame they didn't design it as a closed unit, everything has was thought of.

Whilst the service from BBQ World was great, the ease of ordering, communication and delivery etc., we are very disappointed to have bought an expensive smoker that doesn't work. We are currently in dialogue with the manufacturer.

Quick service, and great Weber delivered with no issues. Slight bump in the shell of the Weber is the only reason this is a 4 and not a 5

Delivery was the next day as advertised, but not free, also as advertised. I had to pay £8.50. Other than that, very happy with delivery and product!

We'd been looking for a BBQ for a while, found BBQWorld's Black Friday sale for the Traeger Ironwood and couldn't resist. I'd read and heard a lot of good things about Traegers. Ordered, after a short wait for them to be back in stock, delivery arrived the next day. The team were knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions I had. The order arrived very well packaged, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to get help to move the BBQ from curbside up to my garage (I was fully aware and warned that the pallet truck would likely not be able to help due to a steep driveway) but for something so heavy, it might be nice to have an option, perhaps chargeable where the delivery team will deliver to your location of choice rather than curbside. Other than that will definitely be ordering from BBQ World again.

Excellent delivery service. Broil King S590 arrived with three broken parts and a dented hood. Photos sent to BBQ World who were very helpful and Broil King replaced the damaged parts within a week. Hard work to build. Haven’t had chance to use it yet.

BBQ arrived on time,all parts were there. Easy to assemble, problem was all parts are black bit difficult to find all the holes. Didn’t realise it was designed to use a 13kg gas bottle which made the regulator tube on the small side, I have the smaller patio gas bottle. Managed to sort it out. BBQ works fine.good quality material, even though made in China,temperature gauge very useful.
