“Good price for quality Weber bbq however delivery let the service side down the box was just dumped outside my front door after me requesting it to be put around the back so as seen on BBC morning anyone could have come along and lifted it thankfully my neighbor did”

“Good delivery on time. Unfortunately we are not assembling now till next spring as weather so changeable in north east Scotland so I hope everything is in box as the terms conditions state must be notified within 3 days after delivery so I guess fingers crossed till next spring. 🤷‍♀️”

“The ordering was easy and fast delivery, it was a gift for my husband and was just delivered in the colour box and not just a brown box, my husband took delivery so had his gift super early and not a surprise that I was hoping for.”

“A shame the BBQ I purchase - Outback, only uses Propane Gas, I am finding it somewhat difficult to exchange my old butane gas bottle for a propane gas bottle”

“Very good range of Weber Barbeques along with accessories covering charcoal/heat beads/fire lighters/cooking implements etc. Delivery provided the cost is over a certain amount is free of charge and usually very efficient, it's a pity that a 10% discount is not available for orders over £50.00 as this could encourage existing and new customers to consider increasing their expenditure”

“Very pleased with the final bbq. Took patience and a few hours to build but great. There were three nuts missing which required a trip to B&Q but no big deal. Super quality and design. Love the hybrid real fire burning option in addition the gas. Great additional surfaces and storage. Top bbq.”

“Easy to order online and despatched that day. Mine was delivered by Dpd the next day. We are new to gas BBQ so had no idea that gas is in fact in short supply and we had to travel 80 miles to get some! Top tip Homebase seem to have plenty if you are looking for any”

“I’m a returning customer. Although this time as a completion winner. It’s a very effective and prompt delivery. It’s a pity you don’t offer an assembly option. Or at least have a list of people who can build. No big deal we are delighted with the bbq bundle.”

“The grill is great! The installation took 30 minutes. Of the minuses: The website says that the delivery is the next day. This is not quite true. The next day they send the order to the courier service and then they deliver within 5-7 days”

Hello Thank you for your review. Just an update as to what happened on your order. A large majority of barbecues are despatched on a Next Working Day service, when you checked out online you selected the "Call Me To Arrange" delivery service, which is a slower shipping service but you are contacted by courier to arrange. This service normally takes an additional 5-7 days. The standard service for the item you ordered would have been Next Working Day although we cannot always guarantee this. Apologies for the confusion. Many Thanks
