“Very quick delivery, purchased some pecan and Oak wood, with Kamado Joe lump charcoal. Process went well although I dropped down to 4 stars on the review. I did the order originally, thought it was complete and saw money movement, but I missed a confirm my order step, my own fault but a frustration to flag.”
“Received very quickly, was bought as a gift..the box wasn't within another box when it arrived so no surprises for the birthday boy...looks like a great bbq...might invest in the temperature control lid next ... only scoring 4 stars as haven't used it yet”
“Very pleased with the price compared to other suppliers, but..... The tracking is not accurate. It started at 11:17 to 12:17 delivery and steadily moved through the day. I went out at 12.30 based on the estimated delivery of 14:50 to 15:50. I then received a call around 13:15 to say that the driver was outside my house.”
“V good service. Only downer was the pallett was too wide to get through the gate under cover, it was pooring with rain and only wrapped in enough cling wrap to fix the box to the pallett. The top was exposed and the box got soaked.”
“Good price for quality Weber bbq however delivery let the service side down the box was just dumped outside my front door after me requesting it to be put around the back so as seen on BBC morning anyone could have come along and lifted it thankfully my neighbor did”
“Good delivery on time. Unfortunately we are not assembling now till next spring as weather so changeable in north east Scotland so I hope everything is in box as the terms conditions state must be notified within 3 days after delivery so I guess fingers crossed till next spring. 🤷♀️”

“Very good range of Weber Barbeques along with accessories covering charcoal/heat beads/fire lighters/cooking implements etc. Delivery provided the cost is over a certain amount is free of charge and usually very efficient, it's a pity that a 10% discount is not available for orders over £50.00 as this could encourage existing and new customers to consider increasing their expenditure”
