“Product was fine. Issues with delivery meant that the order took well over a week to arrive - not the 1-2 days advertised. I did not receive any response from my either the email I sent or the online query form on the website. I finally got through via phone, where I was told there was an issue with communication to the courier. The courier had not even received a package from them. Communication could be much better.”
“Ordered a Yeti cooler with ice pack more than week ago for a big family camp out. The ice pack arrived a couple of days later but not the cooler. No response from customer support about when it might be dispatched and looks like it won’t have it for the event I purchase it for this bank holiday weekend. Disappointed and still no idea when it might arrive.”
“The first thing that comes to mind is the design of the website seamlessly linking up to a scam advertisement which signed me up to a 4 day trial and £40 a week subscription for some crappy games and other forgettable unused nonsense. I thought I was creating an account with bbq world. I hope they read this and take action.
