“Not used the Gozney yet but I knew what I wanted after looking at lots of reviews & a recommendation by a friend so can’t comment on the unit yet but it would be the same unit no matter where I bought it from. What I will say is it’s excellent quality what I expected !
What I can comment on is the excellent service from BBQ world the Roccbox arrived very promptly as did the separate order for the turning peel.
Can’t fault the excellent service & communication but then again what drove me to use this seller is I had a Sage Barista Expeess from them years ago & still going strong but this was from the parent company Dawsons department store. I knew I would be in good hands being the same business. So I would highly recommend this seller due to its excellent service but also because you have that peace of mind it’s Dawsons.”

As other people have said, it arrives on a pallet at the curb-side or if there is room on a driveway, it’s your responsibility to move/unpack/build. If this isn’t for you spend more money and buy elsewhere.”

“Price was good , customers service and delivery extremely poor, contacted them immediately after a postcode was entered incorrectly, they ignored emails, I rang them passed details to staff who stated they would update courier . This wasn’t done as recovery failed on the day and the excuse was it was due to postcode being changed . No contact made and someone stayed in all day .
Was delivered the following day . Poor experience.”
