“Bbq was very good but my only problem was that the thermometer. after the second time using it the rubber inside came loose and the dial was stuck in the halfway point this is going to cause me issues in the future. Could you please send me another one to replace cheers.”

“Quick delivery and helpful with enquiries when one of the boxes was delayed. Happy with the price and the product Unboxed, built (only needed me despite the weight which is mainly the cast iron grates) seasoned, all ready for the end of lockdown family party hopefully won’t be Christmas dinner🤔”

“A quick and easy purchase Delivery was quick although didn’t know that it had arrived until the driver said it was on my driveway As for the BBQ took a few hours to build but appears good quality one small problem is that the lid doesn’t close square but I think I can sort it out”

“I bought a plancha plate and Parlla pan for my Cadac City Chef 40 BBQ, I would have bought the BVQ as well but found it for £20 Cheaper at another shop. Having said that service and delivery was very good for the items I bought.”

“Really quick delivery of my Outback Dual Fuel bbq. This was a really complicated build. 2 of us took 3 hours to complete it and we felt a number of screws were almost absurdly hard to get at. You would need to be careful about buying this product if you were on your own or disabled. Maybe it might be good to add an estimate of how complicated it is to build a product that arrives flat packed? Otherwise, no niggles. Thank You,”

“The BBQ I bought was not as described or shown in the images. This was down to the manufacturer changing the design and not updating the information. However, BBQ were very helpful in trying to find a resolution with the manufacturer. BBQLand could have just said that it was not their fault, but they put the effort to help resolve this and come up with the best solution available.”

“Very happy with my Kamado Joe Ash Basket. It’s sturdy and feels very well made. I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to arrive. This may have been due to a busy time of year but it wasn’t possible to contact the courier and despite two days of waiting in for it to come (even with texts from the courier giving an ETA) it came on the third day with no warning. Thankfully we were in to receive the delivery.”
