You have given us an incorrect postcode to deliver to, and hence the delivery problems. We are resolving this by resending these to the correct address with no charge to yourself, despite it costing us 2 x DHL journeys, a, to return to us, and b, to send back to you again. If you care to revise this review that would be appreciated.

The monolith barbecue itself seemed in good condition but as for BBQ Land- poor customer service. Delivery driver first removed the water proof packaging around the cardboard box during a rain period for the delivery of a ceramic barbecue. Ceramic barbecues cannot get wet on the inside - luckily, I had some tarpaulins to cover the box but this wasn't great. The delivery driver didn't deliver to our garden area or even do roadside delivery. It was dropped in front of our access gate to the side of our house, forcing us to rush to get friends to help move the 150kg container so we could access the back of our house. Roadside would have been far better. When I then assembled the barbecue I noticed one piece of the fire box was chipped and asked for it to be replaced. BBQ Land refused to acknowledge it needed replacing and would only offer a refund for the entire barbecue which is completely unneccasary. They stated if it cracks and falls apart then it could be replaced under warranty but why is it unreasonable to expect a component of a brand new purchase to be replaced if it is chipped and damaged. Just to clarify, this is a component that is packaged as a separate part and could easily be shipped without any issues. Product itself seems well made but I won't be using BBQ Land again and recommend you use anywhere else yourselves.

Delivery of palletised goods to a domestic address can be a little tricky. However, we do clearly describe the delivery details on each item's page, and we do provide delivery tracking to our customers, so that they know when to expect delivery. The customer did query the rainfall issue, and we did assure the customer both on the telephone and via email that the ceramic bbq would come to no harm, either in or out of the box, due to rainfall. The internal panel had an insignificant very small imperfection in the surface, and would cause no issue at all - hence the fact that it had passed Quality Control at the factory. We are confident with our opinion in such matters, having sold ceramic kamados for 12 years. Our customer service could have been rated as poor had we ignored the customer, which we did not at any point. We did offer the customer a full refund, but the customer declined to reply to that offer, or accept it.

We spoke to this customer on the telephone, and checked the photographs of the item that the customer received. We were unable to distinguish any problem with the item, but did offer the customer a full refund if the Cap was returned to us. The customer declined this opportunity to return and accept a refund.

Bbqland is great but bradley p10 was the worst purchase we ever made came dented and prone to puck jamming and they also have faulty puck senor wont even brown there way over priced pucks .There customer service is atrocious like there horrible designed over priced unit .

We bought a cast iron set. The sender gave dhl the wrong address. DHL has told us to contact bbq land. We contacted bbq land a week ago and have not heard back since

After receiving an email telling me about my order , the link on said email was directing me to the wrong delivery company ie DHD instead of DHL . This meant I had no knowledge of when my delivery was coming . When I called BBQ land to ask for help , I was told I was wrong about the link and that there was nothing they could do … In fact they hung up on me !!! After several attempts I found who was delivering the order and when . Only for the driver to turn up earlier then stated and he left no calling card …. So back to square one … Rang bbqland to ask for help… no answer ..!! Had to take the following day off work to wait in for delivery as I had no other choice… My item is great 10/10 BBQ Land customer service 1/10 Will I use them again …. NO

i bought a 2000 bbq and spoke to the agent on the phone about having it delivered on my sons birthday - he said that was possible - the delivery people came two days before - ruined the surprise and left it on the side of the road in Peckham - Richard then sent a box of meat, very kind but after its sell by date and no name on it. really poor service. sorry but it is

Unfortunately we failed to note the special delivery date request on this order, and we did apologise about that. This was a manual human error during a very busy week. All our meat packs are supplied fresh from our butcher, and have 3-5 days 'Use By' dates, and the meat can be frozen if necessary before that date.

Supplied alternative products without being informed Smoking wood was basically crumbs and falls through the grate - worthless. Both of these refunded Purchase pizza stone on their recommendation as the Kamado heat deflected could not be sourced. Waste of money as it is too large and blocks off too much airflow. Also difficult to handle due to tight fit in kamado. Can't be bothered to argue with them after the churlish response to the other items. Not a fan

We’re sorry to read this review. We assisted this customer after this negative experience by refunding them immediately. Spoke to our supplier about the size of chips, clarified the chip sizes for their woods, and updated the website accordingly.

Absolutely discussing way to be treated. I travelled 100 miles to visit them, the web site said they were open at noon on Saturday, the phone was not answered. Went online and saved £500 compared to these guys so do your homework. Purchased an Ooni Karu 16 and a Kamodo Joe II online on the way home. Avoid these guys and lookup another seller who is based in Southend and get a better deal.

Hi Paul. Sorry to read your review. BBQ Land were open all day on Saturday, but we are aware that some local roadworks may have prevented access from one particular direction. Apologies that we were unable to answer your call, we were very busy in the showroom on Saturday, as this would have enabled us to direct you in from the opposite end of Priory Lane.

Item arrived faulty, item should have been checked before sending, very disappointing as now have a brisket going to waste. Would not recommend. Now have to pack it up and return.

It is unfortunate that this smoker was faulty. The smoker was collected from the customer at their convenience, and refund processed without delay. In common with all retailers of electrical products, we do not physically unpack all products to check that they are working correctly, but rely on the manufacturers Quality Control procedures. If we discover persistent problems with certain products, then we quarantine our UK stocks and carry out random testing, in conjunction with the manufacturer. The smoker to which this review refers is not one that we have persistent problems with.

Ordered a large Ooni table which had scratches on the top, I sent photos and was asked for more photos, I sent more photos with an explanation that the damage was difficult to see because of the shiny material and was told the damage wasn't evident! I must be telling lies and creating hassle for the sake of it. I was busy with work so my wife took over the communication and sent more photos. She was told that "they can't guarantee a blemish free replacement top much different to what you have", then told us to just return it for a refund. What?! So a £200 table with a stainless steel top is probably going to arrive scratched then?! Absolute rubbish. The top that I received had no protection on it, it was probably a return or something. Don't bother with these guys, you find out how good or bad a company is when things go wrong. It's a real shame BBQ Land don't appear interested in resolving the problem but instead just leave me with no table.
