Price good but let down regarding delivery i.e. did not say when delivery would be just says items are been prepared.

It was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I asked for a replacement due to hook being bent and straightening it made it felt like it was ready to snap. They said they don't have spare grills and I should use. I will but that's not what I paid for. Otherwise product is good.

Item arrived promptly, however instruction were putting it mildly ambiguous. Since when has a shelf been called a wire grate. Measurements with nuts and bolts were far too confusing different sizes etc. Instruction booklet was I believe done on the cheap and if you are spending over £500 on a product then a decent instruction manual should be forthcoming and a free cover.

More expensive than competitors. Ended up paying over £50 for delivery after giving them £900 worth of business

Purchase and shipment of the product went well. A shame it arrived with scrapes and scratches and couple dents.

Good products. But charcoal delivery costs are too high compared to other distributors.

Goods received as ordered but the carriage charge for fuel is ridiculous. Free delivery for over £100 but won't deliver no more than 2 bags of charcoal...

Difficult to find the cover that I needed for my Pit Which I had bought from BBQ LAND ! It had stated that it was out of stock !!! I then had to go through a third party platform to sought one which might fit , I was then directed back to BBQLand were I then was able to torcer one ! I found it very frustrating to go all around the houses to be led back to were I started to purchase one !!! Irritating and frustrating !!

Rang up to talk through placing an order but was told to email and was made to feel a bit of hinderance despite looking to spend £800. By the by, I sent the email detailing what I was looking to purchase…. No response for days so had to chase up…. Ended up just buying through the website, I expected a better service. Can’t fault the products or ease of use of the website but not totally sold on the service I’m afraid.

The best of the west wood chips came in a unsealed boxed and made you wonder if the chips have been swapped. A fair bit of wood dust was in the bags too. I still think the price is good and the order came quick enough.

The customer services rep did try and help, and I don't think this is their fault so let me preface this review with that. If you're ordering on the mainland, go for it. Before ordering I enquired what the delivery cost would be to the Channel Islands. £110, which is understandable for a large object. Wouldn't deduct VAT on the site though, even though they don't have to pay it for items shipped to the CI. Hmmm, ordered anyway as I couldn't find this model anywhere else. Maybe I could claim VAT back. Took a while to get here but not too bad. Tracking was ok. Item arrived but wasn't shipped to my house: I had to go and pick it up. £110 looking less value - but hey ho it's here. BBQ Land have a flat "No" for the VAT deduction question. That's that then. BBQ box was damaged, BBQ components bent quite badly. Emailed BBQ Land to let them know, with pictures, and to advise that my £110 delivery only did half the job. Their reply was essentially 'BBQ should still go together ok but let us know if you have any issues. Oh and the delivery cost us £250, so count yourself lucky'. Not in those exact words, but that was pretty much the response and the tone. Now had the item not cost £800 to begin with, and had it gone together well I might have let this go - but the whole thing is slightly askew, meaning there isn't a proper seal on the smoker lid. I couldn't have known this until putting it together (which is what they advised me to do), after which I couldn't really send it back. To respond to my question with "oh well the delivery cost us more than you paid" isn't a valid response. I paid what they quoted. They could have told me it was £250 and I could have taken that into account. As it stands, I've paid £110 delivery and a couple hundred quid "VAT" for a broken bit of kit I can't return. Might be frustrating for them to, but it's not really my fault as the customer. **UPDATE** Received a reply, offering to refund the difference between what it cost them and what I paid (whilst making sure to point out they weren't happy about it). Better than nothing. Might go towards getting the lid fixed I suppose. This hasn't been a great experience. I'd have forgiven it for a few hundred quid, but if I'm paying closer to a grand I'd expect a bit more care on their end to inform customers, package better for shipping and follow up on legitimate queries. Sounds like their deliveries and service to the mainland are great. So I don't mind recommending you give them a go.

Delivery and information all really good however the pizza oven is damaged although it’s only cosmetic damage I am still disappointed to have spent over £300 and received a damaged product

Products seem ok, but poor packaging, which resulted in a bent temperature probe and crushed spice container.
