“Rang up for advice which was seemed to be an inconvenience to them. Unable to place the order over the phone apparently to deter fraud? Item arrived next day, well packed, easy to assemble, looks great unsure whether to light it it looks that good. Great price with free next day delivery.”

“Not a lot of communication about the dispatch, required to install yet another app on my phone just to track delivery, a bit confusing and thought it might be a scam...but my BBq paid on a Friday arrived eventually on a Tuesday. It was pallet delivery, very bulky and heavy, the delivery man was nice and left it in the garage; it was too heavy for him to leave it in the porch as initially was asked.”

“Reallly good service. They kept me updated with the order as it was a pre order. It arrived before they’d said it’d arrive. When I emailed with any questions, they were always very prompt at getting back to me and answering my query. Will absolutely order from them again.”

“I know this is probably outside your control, but the delivery service used by Buschbeck only promised a kerbside delivery service. As I was unable to move the pallet on the day it was delivered I had to jump through hoops to get the company to at least move it on to my driveway. The reason given was that the company had been sued when a driveway was marked or damaged. Other companies I have had deliveries from use a waiver form which perhaps could be used by this company.”

“Straight forward online purchase. On unpacking the smoker I identified a couple of scratches through the paint, a slightly bent water tray rack & a damaged gas control knob. The first two defects I wasn't that bothered about, but the gas knob needed replacing, which they did happily.”
