“Easy to order and quick delivery. The only other comment I have is that the item ordered either wasn't packed very well or was handled badly by the deliver team as it arrived open, torn and ripped, but fortunately the item was it's self in a box and was undamaged.”

“Ordered a small temp lead for a Bradley Digital Smoker. Needed it next day but was surprised at nearly £6 postage for something weighing a few grams. Sadly had no choice.”

“Excellent telephone service when I called about the item and delivery. The item was delivered on time and was exactly as described. Unfortunately the smoker was slightly damaged hence the 4 stars not 5. I have yet to contact bbq land about this as it was just a small dent and I can't be bothered to 're pack and return the item but apart from that everything is great and I will be using them again.”

“Happy with BBQ. Good instructions. All parts are solid. Turned up on time. Only four stars as I was missing one wing nut for the thermostat, which I haven't told BBQ land about yet, as I've only just christened the BBQ. Only advice I would give, is this a big BBQ, make sure you have adequate room.”
