Promised to deliver the BBQ in the AM of a specific day. On the afternoon of the specified day the logistics company called to tell me that they'd received the item too late to deliver that day, and and am delivery had not been requested. I'd taken a day's leave to receive and assemble the BBQ, which was effectively wasted.

I haven't have any issues with any orders or deliveries to date. However, on my last order I was sent a different brand pellets to the ones I ordered. These cost less than the ones I ordered and don't work as well for us as they don't get as hot as the Pitboss ones. On smoke, the pellet grill sometimes goes out. I'm sure it's a genuine mistake, but I emailed them and haven't heard back. You can't just send a different product without asking the customer. If it was out of stock, I would rather have had my money back and could have found it elsewhere. This is the only reason I'm just giving two stars.

I have emailed you already but you have yet to reply. No notification of delivery, parcel dumped on front doorstep while I was out. 2 pieces of plastic which I think were what I ordered for my son for Christmas, but no paperwork or label inside. Very disappointed. I have to admit that the 2 pieces of plastic match the photo on the website so I have kept them!

I wrote to your customer services on 23rd of March regarding the purchase of the cover and have had no reply! The item shown on your site and the one delivered are completely different and I asked for an explanation and have had none.

Ordered the ooni Freya bundle for what seemed a great price. It came promptly but the pizza peel was not in the box. I emailed and was told someone would check where it was but unfortunately 4 days later I haven't heard. Very disappointing customer service!

The lack of communication was shocking to be honest! Even if you do not have any updates from the supplier, the best thing to do is to respond to your customer to advise of this - it is much better than radio silence!

Quite impressed with the size of the unit. Unfortunately the thermostat stopped working the first time I used the smoker and also the fire in the fire box kept extinguishing because the air vent wasn’t supplying enough air and I had to position an electric fan in front of it to get the fire going.

We're always sorry to hear of damaged parts. In this case we were notified of the damages at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, and the replacement parts were despatched the following Tuesday at 3pm.

Online order and delivery no problems. However I tried to call multiple times in advance, left voicemail message and also emailed looking for a call back as had a question. Zero acknowledgement of any of those attempts to make contact. Doesn’t give me faith in level of customer service available.

A disappointing customer experience. The item (Kamado Joe Classic II) was found to have several areas of damage (chip and scratches) upon unboxing. The first response to me raising a query was to be told that it wouldn't affect the performance of the item. I followed up stating that the item was of unsatisfactory quality and was informed I could re-box the item on the pallet and they would arrange collection and refund. I asked for a replacement to be shipped but apparently "it is not possible for us to guarantee that a replacement would not have the same small flaws, and so we can only offer you the collection and full refund". I am puzzled by this response and their reluctance to supply me with a replacement. I will now have to source it elsewhere at a higher cost (I purchased during their recent 20% sale). Given how expensive these products are I don't think I am being unreasonable to expect it to be undamaged.

The bbq on your website said it is grey the one I received was black, it said it had one folding shelf, it has 2 folding shelf’s. Nice looking bbq shame it wasn’t the one described on your website and I did want a grey one but can’t be bothered with the hassle of sending it back.o yer paid £30 over rrp for this type of service, not great.

Not happy with this at all. I bought a KamadoJoe from this site - BBQLand emailed me to say it had been dispatched. ONE WEEK later I had to chase the delivery to see where it was. Then the delivery company phoned me late one afternoon to say it was "coming tomorrow", with a delivery slot of 9 to 5. "Ring us at 9am and we will let you know when we are delivering" the guy said. 0845 the next morning, they are there, unloading to kerbside only. The package is 130kg and needs at least two people to lift, this was not advised either. All round a very poor delivery service, with poor communications, and when I complained to BBQland they said "we'll pass this on to the courier." Basically, if they are proposing to use "the pallet network" for your delivery, I would consider using another supplier.

The product is great the delivery was a disgrace and I’ve sent a dissatisfied email to you guys with no reply ,, you are lucky I’m not claiming a full refund for missing goods ! When spending 1099.00 pounds I wouldn’t expect it to be left unsigned for on a main road and on the driveway of a neighbour 3 house up blocking her car so she couldn’t do the school run .

So having now used this offset smoker a few times and now I know more about offset smoking, sad to say this is not very well designed. The fire chokes due to poor air flow so I have to keep the lid slightly open which then means it takes longer to heat up whilst losing heat very quickly. It's OK for general bbq in the main chamber but there are much better offset smokers at this price range.

Parcel arrived looking a bit worn and battered. Upon opening the box it was clear that this item had been stored outside. It was covered in rain dust (the stuff you see on your car after it’s rained). This was meant to be a house warming gift. But the bbq looked like I’d been using it.
