You have given us an incorrect postcode to deliver to, and hence the delivery problems. We are resolving this by resending these to the correct address with no charge to yourself, despite it costing us 2 x DHL journeys, a, to return to us, and b, to send back to you again. If you care to revise this review that would be appreciated.

“Not a lot of communication about the dispatch, required to install yet another app on my phone just to track delivery, a bit confusing and thought it might be a scam...but my BBq paid on a Friday arrived eventually on a Tuesday. It was pallet delivery, very bulky and heavy, the delivery man was nice and left it in the garage; it was too heavy for him to leave it in the porch as initially was asked.”
