Not a lot of communication about the dispatch, required to install yet another app on my phone just to track delivery, a bit confusing and thought it might be a scam...but my BBq paid on a Friday arrived eventually on a Tuesday. It was pallet delivery, very bulky and heavy, the delivery man was nice and left it in the garage; it was too heavy for him to leave it in the porch as initially was asked.
