“I could order online but only live half an hour away from BBQLand and always enjoy a visit. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the only downside is I always spend a bit extra on a rub or two, or some sauce!”

“Very please with this company. There was an error with the order that was rectified immediately. Absolutely no complaints from me. My smoking cabinet arrived well packed and in perfect condition ready to use. The smoke generator wasn’t sent out but after I emailed them it was immediately put right and it was received the very next day. Excellent and prompt customer service.”

“I've only been a customer of BBQLAND for around 6 - 8 months and the customer service has been nothing short of fantastic, plenty to choose from whether it's equipment, fuel, rubs and sauces, always delivered in the promised timeframe, and next working day on the new Navigator 850 I treated myself to!
