“It is highly convenient to use the click-and-collect service offered by the shop. Notably, it was the only online shop that provided a reasonable price for the Bradley briquettes, enabling same-day collection. Upon visiting the physical store, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of products on display. I intend to revisit the store in the future to further explore its range of bbqs. The staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness during my interaction with them. I will visit again for sure!”

“Really great service. Visted their country showroom . Loads of stock on display. Demos taking place with some items. The chap we spoke to was knowledgeable and gave honest advice, highlighting positives and negatives about all items - no hard sell. We plumped for a Blackstone griddle in the end - simplicity of use and cleaning was the most thing for us. We love it! Thank you BBQ Land”

“Good company to deal with. Prompt delivery, happy with my Elixir Gardeco firebowl. Cast iron, strong with well made bottom and top grills. Very good price compared to some other retailers. Not lit the thing yet, but looking forward to doing so.”

“Bought a smoker BBQ and meat thermometer. I found them friendly and helpful. When I arrived home the thermometer box was empty. Called them up and it was sorted straight away. No hassles. I will definitely be using them again. It’s an Aladdin’s cave of all things BBQ and they have won my trust with their response the the thermometer problem. I wonder if they can fix the weather so I can get out in the garden …..”
